Tuna in Olive Oil (PACK-3)
Our tuna is hook caught one by one in deep sea fishing grounds, it is frozen on board immediately after being caught at temperatures between -35º and -40º degrees, therefore maintaining all its freshness and all its nutritional and organoleptic properties.
Once the tuna arrives on land it is processed in a completely artisan way, with no added preservatives or additives, simply just olive oil and salt. It contains a high concentration of Omega 3, along with other elements beneficial to health.
